In addition to painting, we also offer sand and stone spraying services. Our experience spans various projects, including buildings, landed properties, restaurants, and more.
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for growing business opportunities and developing strong client relationships in the painting industry. The role involves identifying new business prospects, managing client accounts, and promoting our specialized textured wall spraying services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities within the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and secure contracts for textured wall spraying services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Drive business development activities to generate new leads and secure new business opportunities.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure service excellence.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads, proposals, and contracts to drive business growth.
- Ensure all application processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Mature candidate with proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the painting, construction, or related industries.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies specific to the painting industry.
- Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations effectively.
- Expertise in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
