Job Description:

• Managing daily business and financial transaction of the Company.
• Maintain good business relationship with all key customers.
• Organise and communicate well with all levels of employees.
• Responsible for the profit and loss of the Company.
• Maintain a healthy Balance Sheet and cash-flow of the Company.
• Responsible for the health and safety of all employees.
• Plan and grow future business of the Company.
• Report the progress of the Company business to HQ in Japan regularly.

Required Skills:

• Having at least 10-15 years of working experience at a Senior Management position of a multinational company.
• Fluency in English and Japanese (equivalent to JLPT1 level) is essential for ease of communication with head office.
• Able to analyse the Company’s financial statements.

Job Descriptions：

· Management of Accounting, Taxation, Admin, etc.

· Reporting company statement to Japanese Stake holder (Basically, Monthly but more often depends on the situation).

· Conduct master planning studies to drive and optimise deployment of electric vehicle charging systems and electrical infrastructure upgrades, including strategies for future scaling up scope, cost and schedule.

· Related to master planning, to also carry out financial planning and project the resources and budget required.

· Develop medium to long term business plans to increase revenue, lower cost, and expand revenue streams.

Required Skill :

· Professional knowledge and minimum 10 years of experience of accounting.

· Frequent Japanese speaking, writing and communication skills to liaise or report to internal and external stakeholders and Japan HQ.

· Ability to work independently, in a fast paced environment, with appropriate.
