Job Description

• Oversee ICP & XRF and lead research and development of analytical and recovery methods.
• Collaborate with the business and team members to enhance capabilities for efficient Precious Metals sample analysis and recovery strategies.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for testing and analysis.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and retaining lab staff, ensuring skill development.
• Manage daily lab operations, including analyzing precious metals content through scientific methods and other related duties.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry or equivalent.
• 5+ years of laboratory management experience.
• Knowledge of ISO renewals.
• Comfortable with working location at Westerm of Singapore (Penjuru Tech Hub, Jurong Aera).
