• Serving as the first point of contact for Client end users seeking technical assistance over phone, email, MS team and ticketing system and updating all cases reported into the Client ticketing system.
• To configure, install, support, and maintain IT hardware and software – PCs, laptops, and mobile devices, printer/copiers. Windows operating systems, applications software.
• To support Meeting Room Tablet, Projector, Telephone, Cabling and Audio Video (AV) System.
• Record events and problems and resolutions in Client ticketing system.
• Coordinate with Client IT Department to plan and implement software upgrade and OS installation or hardware tech refresh on PCs, laptop, and mobile devices.
• Day to day management of the helpdesk – dealing with cases from inception to completion
• Required to monitor and update Client IT Asset Management System
• Required to attend Client end-users within Client premises.

Job Description:

i. For Leave and Benefits management:

At least 5 years of working experience in information technology; of which at least 2 years of working experience in J2EE or related technology.

ii. For Data management:

At least 5 years of working experience in information technology; of which at least 3 years of working experience in data management.

Requirements:

● Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

● At least 2 years of experience in project coordination.

● Working experience in SQL and competent in SQL Programming is preferred.

● Working experience in SAP HCM with ability to perform data query via SAP programs/queries is preferred.

● Working knowledge of Microsoft Access is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing security tools and common infrastructure services
• Strong knowledge of SFTP, SMTP, SMS, Proxy, DNS, Active Directory, Server/Network administration and automation technologies.
• Experience with security assessments, audits, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in scripting (powershell, python, json, xml) and automation tools for infrastructure management.
• Experience in procurement and maintenance of security tools and infrastructure components.

Other Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Familiarity with additional tools like Tenable, Splunk, Anti-Malware, Web Application Firewall, Database Activity Monitoring, or similar.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.
• Experience in automation and scripting in languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• PMP certification or any Project Management experience.

SOW :

• Manage and maintain security tools to ensure the protection of organizational assets and data.
• Oversee the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of common infrastructure services such as SFTP, SMTP, SMS, Proxy, DNS, Active Directory, Tenable, Splunk, Anti-Malware, Web Application Firewall, Database Activity Monitoring etc.
• Implement and maintain automation solutions to streamline infrastructure management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security and infrastructure-related issues.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and performance issues.
• Incident and Problem management of tools and related alerts.
• Develop and maintain documentation for security and infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Stay updated on emerging security threats and industry best practices to proactively address potential risks.
• Procurement of above services.

Job Scope & Requirements:

• Min 8 years of IT Application Project Manager Experience
• Relevant experience in vendor & contract management, Change Request/Service Request Management, Problem/Incident Management
• At least 5 years' experience in supporting application and operations in both on-premise & cloud hosting systems
• Relevant experience in supporting Government Projects will be an added advantage
• Relevant experience in healthcare domain will be an added advantage
• Relevant PM Certifications. Agile Certification and/or practical experience with Agile methodologies, tools & delivery and proficiency in Microsoft Azure will be an added advantage
