Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Survey Supervision

•Onboard new survey ops officers in workflow processes and questionnaire design as well as any logistical requirements

•Fieldwork briefing and interviewer training exercises.

•Manage daily rosters and leave matters.

Survey Preparation

•Prepare the layout and proofreading of surveys

•Support the programming of the online survey questionnaire in the in-house survey system

•Create and implement validations for the excel questionnaire of surveys

•Test survey validations and rules in the electronic survey platform

•Email electronic copies of the survey to respondents

Survey Fieldwork

•Reporting survey response rate at regular periods so that management/ Stakeholders are well-informed on the progress of the survey fieldwork.

•Double up as a survey ops officer during active survey period

Requirement

•At least a year of experience managing a team of staff processing administrative forms and requests (e.g., surveys, feedback forms, tax returns, form submissions to authorities or to financial institutions) and at least two years of experience in market research customer service, sales, or survey interviewing

•Experience in managing the daily rosters and leave matters of the team of survey ops officers

•Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; must be comfortable with numbers and formulae in Microsoft Excel

•Guide statistical officers in managing difficult survey respondents.

•Patient, meticulous, detailed, good organizational skills

Survey Initiation and Data Support

•Lead and manage the planning and implementation of surveys, which includes questionnaire design, overseeing of fieldwork, data processing and cleaning, as well as conducting analysis to derive accurate and timely findings and insights

•Support data requests using in-house statistical tools to prepare the data based on the various data points and cuts as required by line divisions or stakeholders

•Management and review of survey databases and creation of date visualization platform

Survey Preparation

•Prepare the layout and proofreading of surveys

•Programme of the online survey questionnaire in the in-house survey system

Survey Fieldwork

•Conduct checks on survey returns to verify data accuracy and maintain data integrity

•Perform desktop research for supplementary information (when necessary)

•Monitor fieldwork completion rates to ensure timely survey completion

•Monitoring the response rate of ongoing surveys as well as ensuring the quality of the data collected

Requirement

•Preferably to have degree/Post Graduate Degree in Economics/Statistics or equivalent

•Good knowledge of quantitative research methodologies

•Self-starter with strong numerical and analytical skills

•Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for presenting findings, explaining methodologies, and collaborating with team members

•Ability to manage survey projects efficiently, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.

•Meticulous attention to details

•Working knowledge of software such as SPSS, R, Python, Tableau
