Details:

• Annual Wage Supplements and Variable Bonus

• Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Location: Tampines ( Company Transport @ Islandwide )

Job Scope:

• Ensure timely delivery of goods as scheduled.
• Assist with loading and unloading items.
• Accurately pick and pack goods for customer delivery.
• Verify documentation and report any discrepancies.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and maintain cleanliness in work areas

Job Descriptions

• Manage the Chief's schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Senior Leader and internal/external stakeholders, always demonstrating professionalism and courtesy.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a good diploma in any discipline
• At least 1 year of relevant experience assisting as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
• Meticulous in work with a strong command of English with good written and verbal communication skills
• Independent worker with good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
• Team player and a self-starter with the resilience to thrive in a highly dynamic organization.
• Strong proficiency in in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgment.
