Moody's Analytics is a leading provider of risk and performance management software to the financial services industry.

We are seeking an experienced Solution Sales Executive to lead Enterprise Risk Management Software sales. The position is responsible for sales opportunity & territory management, sales strategy, and revenue generation related to the Moody’s Analytics suite of Credit Assessment and Origination and/or Regulatory Compliance and Capital Management solutions, including Regulatory Capital calculation, Regulatory Reporting, and software and services related to stress-testing.

This Sales Rep position requires expertise in managing complex, solution sales cycles, and involves working closely with pre-sales staff. Sales Reps manage and drive the sales process through the sales cycle. The position and territory is a blend of active account management and new account development.

• Primary responsibility will be selling and maintaining new and existing client relationships through a strategic based approach in order to increase sales, and achieve set quarterly/yearly targets
• Demonstrating the superiority and value of the Moody's Banking suite of solutions to potential and existing clients. This will often involve high quality presentations, client meetings and drafting proposals.
• Manage and coordinate Moody's responses to requests for product and services information (RFIs and RFPs) from external parties, clients and prospects.
• Must develop deep, practical understanding of Moody's Banking suite of solutions and services, with a focus on Regulatory Compliance, Capital Management and Lending solutions.
• Must be able to identify/recognize cross-selling opportunities for Moody's by asking relevant questions to extrapolate the necessary information. This will also be achieved through working with account generalists.
• Work closely in collaborating with teams to ensure high levels of client satisfactions in all client interaction including issue resolution.

Qualifications :

• A bachelor degree is required. IT or business finance related discipline.
• The successful candidate will have 10-12 years of successful selling experience to financial institutions in ASEAN. Particular experience in selling to the Finance, Treasury or Risk Management groups within banks a plus.
• Must have a basic IT and software implementation lifecycle understanding e.g. can fluently articulate topics around platforms, databases, solution deployment.
• Must be a strong team player and able to work in a fast paced and diverse environment.
• Good understanding of finance and risk management acquired either by advanced study or through industry experience a plus.
• Experience with managing a pipeline and forecasting capabilities.
• Estimated client travel 40-50%.

We are looking for a technically proficient and customer-focused Product Consultant to join the Know Your Customer (KYC) Solutions Delivery Team. The Product Consultant will be responsible for gaining an understanding of the system specifications and capabilities of MA’s KYC products, so that customers experience a top-notch implementation and access to world class ongoing technical assistance. They will work closely with Implementation Specialists and Project Managers on the KYC Solutions Delivery team to ensure clients are integrated and implemented as seamlessly as possible with their purchased solution(s).

Areas of responsibility will include:

• Improving system efficiency by consulting with end-users and providing innovative solutions
• Maintenance and improvement of Solutions Delivery technical documentation, including updating existing manuals and guides, as well as creating new documentation to reflect changes or additions to our systems and processes.
• Work with Implementation Specialists and Project Managers for new implementations/existing client change requests.
• Point of escalation for support tickets via a dedicated queue for customer queries relating to workflow tools, and triaging when necessary to other relevant teams within the KYC OU.
• Collaborate with Product teams to ensure the Solutions Delivery team has documented processes for any new products, releases, and upgrades.
• Work closely with other internal stakeholders on the fulfilment, support, engineering, and operations teams.
• Joining implementation/project calls to provide product expertise, as required.

Product Consultant Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of scripting (Python is a must) and API integrations (RESTful API)
• Proficiency in providing efficient web-portal support.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Agile and ability to learn new products & processes closely
• Project management experience a plus.

The Role

This role supports the Sales General Manager and includes strategic, operational, project management responsibilities helping the Sales leadership teams to drive results, improve processes, implement change, strengthen controls, and achieve more efficient operational performance.

This role provides the opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team of Moody’s Analytics (MA) to drive organisational impact and achieve strategic objectives. You will workday to with SLT of the Sales Organisation and other leaders across Moody’s. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and appreciate the value of this practical experience while applying their problem-solving skills in innovative and creative ways.

In addition, this person will facilitate collaboration and communication across the Sales organisation to ensure the successful achievement of the OU’s objectives. The Strategic Programs works in close collaboration with the wider Strategic Programs leads across the different regions to execute the strategic agenda for MA Sales, contribute to and coordinate the strategic roadmap, lead the operational cadence for the sales leadership team and serves as the bridge across MA on alignment and prioritisation of strategic corporate initiatives.

This role also supports the Sales General Manager on developing:

1. the narrative and presentation of MA strategy for internal and external purposes – e.g. townhall, SalesConnect, ManagersConnect, as well as leading key sales related projects such as managing pipeline and forecasting meetings, sales performance reviews, headcount and recruiting budget, deployment, commission and targeting activities.
2. developing and executing regional sales development programs and learning tools by defining sales processes and translating organisational goals into actionable learning plans. The Director of Sales Strategic Programs will work hand in hand with peers in other regions to align and ensure consistency at the global level.

Responsibilities

General Operations

• Support of strategic initiative across Sales and ownership of key meetings (i.e. Leadership, All Hands Meeting, Pipeline/Customer Health)
• Define organizational structure and operating model
• Manages headcount and recruiting activities with TA team
• Coordination and partnering with MCO, MA, and CIT to align on goals and successful completion of shared initiatives
