Responsibilities:

· Report to Project Manager to support project management processes.

· Manage and monitor progress of the project, coordinate with various external and internal parties to ensure that committed deliverables are met on time.

· Conduct site survey, prepare the site work plan, and attend site meeting.

· Ensure all works conform to project design specifications and contractual terms and conditions.

· Prepare project weekly report.

· Prepare Operation and Maintenance Manual for submission after project.

· Experienced candidates may be considered for the position of Senior Project Engineer

· Manage project on site

· Maintain project documentation

· Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress

· Ensure project is done in accordance to objectives and project scope

· Coordinate project design and development of construction documents with internal project drafter

· Coordinate construction phase of project

· Maintain project design and commissioning documentation

· Work with subcontractors and external parties for design, project management and project facilitation

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec / ITE or Diploma in Engineering / Equivalent or any related discipline.
• Fresh graduate is welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft office/Fast learner to operate application tools/ software.

Candidate without experience with positive and ‘can do’ attitude is welcome

Job Responsibilities

· Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients

· Maintain and expand client database

· Forecast sales, develop sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness

· Continually meeting or exceeding sales strategy to drive sales

· Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, client accounts, and sales

· Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events

Requirements

· Experiences in sales role will be good. Training will be provided

· Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management

· Strong consultative sales skills

· Effective communication and negotiation skills

· Detailed-oriented

· Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both clients and suppliers
