We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Lecturer in Business and Management for both Bachelor's and Master's Degree Programmes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Teaching & Learning:

• Serve as Programme Leader and Module Leader as assigned.
• Manage a team of associate lecturers, including induction, observations, and development seminars.
• Design and develop curriculum and course materials.
• Ensure assessments align with learning outcomes and conduct internal moderation.
• Supervise student projects and facilitate classes.
• Engage in student development and support.

Research & Knowledge Exchange:

• Utilize research skills and familiarity with relevant software.
• Contribute to knowledge exchange within the field.

Teamworking:

• Review and approve teaching assignments.
• Promote programmes and innovative approaches to activities.
• Attend department and programme meetings.

Miscellaneous Duties:

• Fulfill administrative duties/projects as assigned.
• Participate in school events and projects.

Requirements:

• PhD Holder with at least a pass at GCE 'O' level or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of teaching experience preferred.
• Experience in module/programme leadership within higher education.
• Proficiency in various business disciplines.
• Professional certifications and teaching qualifications are advantageous.
• Willing to work flexible hours (based on lesson schedule).
