Who We are looking for:
We are seeking passionate individuals with a genuine commitment to children’s well-being. Ideal candidates will be responsible, independent, and resilient, with qualities that foster a supportive learning environment. Candiates will have the following traits:
- A passion for working with children
- Strong classroom management skills
- Patient, cheerful, responsible, resourceful, and motivated
- Proficient in primary school subjects
- A team player with basic IT skills
- Prior experience working with children is an advantage (not required)
- Ability to assist with Chinese homework is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Escort children safely from nearby schools to the center
- Ensure a disciplined and safe classroom environment
- Plan holiday and enrichment programs
- Assist children with their schoolwork
- Build positive relationships with parents
