• Minimum 3-5 years of Rail/MRT experience
• Strong knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and local construction practices
• Conversant with local codes and regulations
• Tactful in handling clients and contractors/sub-contractors
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Lead Designer to Develop landscape designs to fulfil the design brief and objectives
• Prepare and package drawings for various stages of project from concept to implementation, in particular tender packages
• Attend to project / technical / consultant meetings.
• Project Coordination & Implementation

1. Work with internal & external stakeholders e.g. clients, consultants, contractors and workers on various design issues, submissions and the execution of the landscape site works.
2. Assist to Monitor & manage project progress to ensure projects are carried out within contract agreement and schedule.
3. Attend project / technical / consultant meetings/tender interviews where required.
4. Any other duties as and when assigned, e.g. Design competitions

JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)

• Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture / Architecture
• At least 3 - 4 years working experience within Landscape Architecture and / or architectural practice
• Skills required are: Microsoft Skills, Revit, Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop and relevant graphics software
• Possess good knowledge of both hardscape and softscape and able to prepare Bill of Quantities for softscape
• Good written and communication skills.
• Familiar with relevant local authorities’ requirements / compliances .
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate in a team.
• Strong passion and motivation to provide excellent design and quality professional service with strong attention to detail.
