This is a 12-month contract Contigent Workforce, 100% work-from-home role.

This role will be focused on the functional scope of workforce management and risk management. Providing support on vendor operational and risk process audits, workforce management administration, and vendor adherence to the agreed KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the vendor adherence to service level agreements for the outsourced sales operations.
• Collaborate with vendor workforce management POC at the vendor sites to ensure the implementation and compliance to established KPIs (key performance indicators).
• Develop and maintain regional workforce management KPI reporting for senior management.
• Maintain a log on vendor operations exposure to risk and share findings with regional Sales Productivity PMs.
• Conduct operational process audits and ensure closure of the corrective actions required at the vendor level.
• Identify and provide feedback on bottoms-up tool and workforce management process efficiency gains with analytical perspective.

Skills

• 5+ years’ experience in vendor operations, change management or operational process improvement role.
• Must be good with managing and understanding the data (SQL, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Process and detail-oriented execution style.
• Critical thinker and resourceful problem-solver
• Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Receptive to open feedback

Role : Program Coordinator

Duration : 5 month Contract

Work Location; Central Singapore

Salary Range : S$2,300 to S$3,700 (Based on experience)

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of Program Management plan/schedule.
• Responsibilities Program Calendars / Meetings Deliverables tracking and keep updated the master deliverables list
• Work with team leads/responsible parties to ensure timely updates/forecasts of each deliverable prior to check-in meetings Document Management Work with the Program Managers to establish standards and coordinate document management tools for use by the CREAM staff, including approved external partners.
• Keep all document management repositories for program updated and logically organized for ease of use by team members.
• Propose and enforce organizational standards across the team to ensure that only relevant/current documents are posted and old versions are archived.
• Work with the Program Managers Lead to establish a scalable model for document and permission sharing with external partners.
• Once established, Coordinator will setup, support and manage these tools, including direct coordination and communication with key partner representatives.
• Action Item Tracking Handset/Device Logistics Establish standards, processes and tools for receiving, logging, preparing and managing/executing the distribution of handsets within team and across approved external partners.
• Preparing devices with the latest SW components Onboarding Process for Team Support PgMs and TPMs with coordination and administrative tasks, as needed, and as the program continues to scale.

Skills / Experience

• Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.
• Previous experience in sales, operations or project management.
• Comfortable with operating in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks, manage time efficiently and navigate ambiguity.
