Key Responsibilities
1. Provide general project administration support and filing.
2. Assist in project-related finance administration and provide support on any employment matters.
3. Assist in preparation, retention, retrieval and filing of the project documentation as required by project.
4. Assist in preparation of reports/ letters as required by the project.
5. Coordination of travel and leave matters for project personnel.
6. Timely preparation of timesheets and expense reports for site personnel for payroll processing for project site.
7. Coordinate transference of physical documentation through the assigned project coordinator on a daily basis.
8. Administer claims with clients/main contractor/sub-contractor as applicable with regards to progress claims.
9. Monitor stationeries/office supplies in the project site and liaise with the office administrative team as needed for replenishment of supplies.
10. In charge of ad-hoc event planning for the project site.
11. Any other duties as may be required by the Project Manager or Company.
To be considered for this role, you will have;
1. Minimum ''O'' Level in a relevant discipline.
2. 2 years of admin experience in a construction project.
3. Competent user of MS office software, with working knowledge of wider applications.
4. Command of written and spoken English
5. Salary shall be commensurate with experience. Candidates are requested to indicate the level of remuneration desired.
