Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design visual content for print and digital media, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, website visuals, and more.
• Work closely with sales, marketing and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
• Generate creative ideas and concepts, and present them to management staff for feedback and approval.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design tools to keep our content fresh and innovative.
• Prepare and deliver final design files in required formats for both print and digital distribution.

Skills and Qualities:

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• A disciplined and well-mannered personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of photography and videography skills.
• Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous and has a habit of reviewing his/her work carefully, quality control is key.

Job Description

• Liaising and coordinating meeting, quotation for sales team.
• Support sales team to ensure smooth execution of event production and logistics arrangement.
• Assist sales team in the project management of client’s event/ project from concept stage to end of the project installation/ delivery.
• Manage project timeline and design milestones.
• Communicate and work closely with production team to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Handle incoming telephone calls and online enquiries.
• Administrative support to the sales team.
• Positive nature and adopt a customer centric attitude.

Requirements

• Minimum A level or diploma graduate.

The Role

Product Designers are key to the success of the company’s design team. Not only does the Product Designer is required to have a good understanding in working with paper materials, he/she needs to have a strong eye for aethestics and a careful thought in the user experience during the development of the product. The role in this postion is the bridge between the design and the production team; regular communication with both teams is paramount to the work efficiency and management of deliverables to the customer. Constantly be in touch with each project development status and update customer’s needs.

About You

• Either a Degree or Diploma in a relevant field or you have what it takes to be in this role.
• Fluent in CAD softwares with quick 3D visualization skills and Adobe graphic softwares.
• You must possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, and be sensitive to project timelines.
• We prefer you to have good working knowledge of paper-based materials not just on packaging development but also understands basic structural calculations.
• Some knowledge of mechanical technology will be an advantage.
• The ideal candidate must be organised and undaunted by working under tight deadlines.

The Role

· Responsible for the development of company website using Shopify, copy-writing of related articles, photography, maintenance of website products.

· Provide strategy for online shopping platform to encourage more awareness and product sales.

· Work closely with internal design team to brainstorm marketable products.

· Design and create marketing collaterals including online advertisement, videos etc.

· Delivery of digital marketing and offline digital strategies by implementing campaigns that drives footfall to the website, sales conversion and increase customer retention.

· Management of all digital communications including eDMs, social media and Alibaba posting.

· Tracking and measure reports on the performance of website and social media posting.

· Optimize website with SEM/SO strategies.

· Experience in at least 1 or more e-commerce key channels for like Lazada, Shopify, Alibaba etc.

About You

· Diploma in Design/Marketing

· Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in equivalent position

· Advance in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

· Experience in search engine marketing including PPC and SEO and Google Analytics

· Good time management and ability to multi-task.
