Job Description

• Involve in the project or maintenance services related with General Security Systems, Alarms Systems, CCTV Systems , Access control systems and Server & Network infrastructure and whenever required.

• Perform Installation, Implementation, Configuration and testing of system/storage equipment & setup

• Troubleshoot problems encountered on site

• Work closely with Project/Maintenance Managers in planning the implementation tasks

• Maintain accurate and consistent set of work instructions service delivery processes.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Nitec, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Information Technology ) or equivalent

• Preferrable with knowledge of networking and IP/TCP protocol

• In-depth knowledge in CCTV, Access Control and System Server etc.

• Hands-on experience in security-related tasks such as OS tightening, patching and updating, virus scanning will be an added advantage.

• IT Certification in windows system & storage, network, database, virtualization, cloud technologies will be an added advantage

• Good communication skills and positive working attitude.

• Candidate must possess a Class 3 driving license

• Candidate must be able to work on weekends and perform standby duties.

What you'll be doing

• Performing scheduled maintenance and servicing on commercial chiller systems
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing any technical issues with chiller equipment
• Repairing and replacing faulty components in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining detailed records of all service activities and equipment performance
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring their complete satisfaction
• Collaborating with the broader team to implement new technologies and improve processes

What we're looking for

• Relevant technical qualifications in air conditioning, refrigeration or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience servicing and maintaining commercial chiller systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients effectively
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• A proactive, team-oriented approach and a commitment to continuous learning

Scope of work

• Maintain regular contact and follow up with customers to ensure invoices are paid on time.
• Review of overdue accounts Head of Department and follow up with action plan.
• Escalate and follow up rejection invoices, track Open log issues and ensure it is resolved with
  proper closure with respective process stakeholders.
• Prepare and send monthly Reminder Letters and Statement of Account to customers.
• Identify potential indicators of customer default and implement necessary measures to reduce
  bad debt
• Prepare monthly AR aging reports and write-up on account’s collection status.
• Process refunds of credit balances such as excess payments or credit notes upon customer’s request.

Requirements

• A Diploma in Accountancy / Finance LCCI / CAT or equivalent
• Good communication skills and confident in engaging customers
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
• Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
