Job Scope:

• Invoice Processing
• Daily uploading of invoices
• Assist in month end finance related duties
• Ad hoc duties (rebate journals, refund etc.)
• Prepare access card, employee vendor creation, other cards application
• Booking of courses and training
• Participate and planning of events (if required)
• Purchase/Renew corporate phone
• Updating of leave and MC
• Scanning of reports
• Posting cheques/ photocopying etc.
• Weekly consignment stock reports, franking mails

Responsibilities:

• Liaise and build relationship with new and existing suppliers and customers
• Cost calculation and prepare quotations
• Prepare budget and sales forecast
• Monitor sales and profitability
• Follow up on AP and AR
• Forex Management
• Prepare Sales and profit report
• Manage forwarders and 3rd party providers for storage, logistics and transportation arrangement
• Sales and Marketing (Business Development, meeting with customers and vendors)
• Planning and administrative (forecast planning and cost calculation)
• Operation (Urgent Shipment handling, quality issue handling, Ad-hoc)

Requirements:

• Degree in any fields preferably in Chemical Engineering/Bio Engineering/Supply Chain Management
• 1 to 2 years working experience
• MS Office
• Travel twice a month mainly in SEA

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

• Assist to brainstorm trade marketing strategies with sales and brand teams.
• Working with external agency to create and develop promotional and marketing materials that are align with the brand and retailer guidelines.
• Coordinate with brand and sales team on execution.
• Conduct market visits regularly to monitor competitor activities and strategized marketing plans with the team.
• Assist with monthly marketing budgeting reports and filling.
• Assisting with market surveys
• Review promotions executive to ensure profitability.
• Other adhoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing or similar capacity will be a plus
• Willing to travel within Singapore to conduct store visits
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Comfortable with market data analysis (AC Nielsen, Internal Sales Data)
• Self-motivated and takes initiative.
