· Responsible in ensuring proper and quality up keeping and maintenance of general building facilities relating to building services and infrastructure.

· Provide project management for all renovation and development works in the premises and ensuring that practices are implemented in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Facilities & Operations Management:

• Responsible for building services such as interior and external building architect elements.
• Maintaining the operational readiness, safe and efficient operation of the premises
• Keep track, manage and renew licensing matters pertaining to building authority requirements.
• Oversee outsourced maintenance team safety practice and work conduct and ensure good maintenance standards are implemented.
• Review, refine and ensure all building maintenance Fix-It works are carried out according to the submitted programs and procedures, and fulfil the service level requirement.
• Analyse the frequent issues brought up, recurring problems with building services, find root cause to the problem and make recommendations to resolve it.
• Manage Term Contractors and Managing Agents' performance.
• Perform any other duty/project as assigned by HOD.

Project Management:

• Provide project management support for fit-outs, renovations and upgrading works to existing and external Facilities.
• Participate in all Project Meeting and manage all expectations from end-users.
• Review all documentations prior commencement and ensure compliance with premises and statutory requirements.
• To work closely with the other trade team to ensure the smoothness and timely completion of the projects as per project scope.
• Assist in managing and planning the inspection and acceptance activities related to facilities.
• Prepare specifications and drawings for tender, evaluate tender submissions and recommend tender awards.

Requirement

• Degree in Building, Property Management, Facilities Management, Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in healthcare setting will be an advantage.
• Experience in management of building services and project management will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in building maintenance and operations works in compliance with statutory requirements and regulatory and current code of practices.
• Conversant in reading and interpreting architectural and M&E schematic drawings;

The purpose of this role is to design and deliver best-in-class server, storage, and trading platforms for clients and internal infrastructure in line with company standards and strategic framework. The role requires collaboration with the Account Management, Project Management, and Client Service Delivery teams to meet the requirements of tier-one banks and other key clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions-oriented Engineer with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The role also involves working closely with the Service Operations (NOC) Team to manage escalations effectively and share knowledge within the team.

Responsibilities and Duties (include but are not limited to):

• Design & Deployment:Design, deploy, and resolve escalated problems for global client server solutions.
  
• Collaboration & Problem-Solving:Collaborate with internal/external clients, operations teams, financial exchanges, and other engineers to design, automate, research, and develop system solutions. Participate in business analysis, issue investigation, and resolution.
  
• Platform Stability:Ensure stability of all company-managed platforms.
  
• Configuration & Implementation:Construct valid configurations for implementation based on design and technical concepts.
  
• Support & Maintenance:Support the deployment and maintenance of servers, storage, and systems management products.
  
• Configuration Management:Apply configuration changes through change control systems and processes.
  
• Peer Review:Conduct peer reviews of configurations scheduled for deployment.
  
• Production Changes:Perform production changes in a diligent and professional manner.
  
• On-Call Support:Participate in an on-call rotation for support escalations.
  
• Daily Meetings:Participate in daily meetings to review changes and discuss underlying impacts.
  
• Client Communication:Communicate effectively with clients and teams to manage project lifecycles.
  
• Mentoring:Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members when needed.
  

Education, Skills, and Background (Including Education and Experience Requirements):

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working on large-scale bare metal solutions in a service provider or large enterprise environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with HP, Dell, and/or Lenovo Intel-based physical hardware.
• RHCE certified or equivalent level of knowledge.
• Advanced understanding and deployment experience in:Operating Systems: Linux/Unix
  Scripting: Bash and Python
  Network Services: DNS, DHCP, FTP
  IP Protocols: ICMP, UDP, TCP
  Configuration Management Tools: Ansible or similar tools
  Storage Solutions: SAN and NAS
  Volume Management: RAID and volume management
  Virtualization: VMWare and KVM
  
• Familiarity with WAN/LAN networking concepts and relational database technologies.
• Understanding of JIRA as a ticketing system.
• Diligent and highly detail-oriented.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, especially in high-pressure financial environments.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage a high workload.

Working Arrangements

This is a hybrid position. The role holder will participate in a shift rotation, working 5 days a week, covering the hours of 07:30 – 16:30 from Monday to Sunday (including at least one weekend day per week).

• Provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for customer systems, including Servers, PCs, Notebooks, Macs, and Printers.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least an ITE/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is required. Fresh graduates may also be considered.
• Experience working in a System Integration (SI) environment is a plus.
