Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall planning & coordination of development works from tender, concept, design, construction to completion
Plan, implement and monitor the work schedules according to the master and detailed work programmes
Prepare progress reports, work method statements and forecasts
Main point of contact and liaison between project teams and the client's representatives, consultants and relevant authorities
Coordinate with subcontractors and construction teams
Manage budget and ensures it achieves beyond target profit margin
Check plans, drawings and quantities for execution and monitoring of works on site
Resolve drawing discrepancies and technical issues with technical team
Co-ordinate the handing over of completed works to the client and completion of the necessary rectification works
Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
