QSC is currently seeking a Strategy & Business Operations Manager to be at the forefront of our international team’s business growth, supporting various high-impact strategic engagements across the regions and support the execution of sales and business development acceleration and transformation initiatives, aiming at scaling our go-to-market organizations and activities in region (e.g. channel performance management, expansion of our business development capabilities, (re-)designing sales workflows and processes and other business transformation activities). The Strategy & Business Operations Manager will have responsibility for creating project fundamentals, such as work planning, designing and executing analyses, build business cases, developing recommendations for action, supporting change management processes with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering presentations to internal and executive audiences. The Strategy & Business Operations Manager will be a member of the Sales Acceleration & Transformation (SAT) team, and will report to the Director, Sales Acceleration & Transformation

Essential Functions/Core Duties:

1. Strategic projects definition and planning

• Partner with (sales & business development) leaders across region(s) to define and implement strategic growth, acceleration and transformation initiative(s) to support long range business objectives.
• Gathering and analyzing information, formulating, and testing hypotheses and developing and communicating recommendations to the stakeholders.
• Defining, building and maintaining a market model for the regional organizations, implementing a data-driven market analysis & sizing methodology to support the strategic planning process.

2. Strategic projects execution

• Manage the operationalization and execution of strategic projects and programs, through collaborative cross-regional and cross-functional alignments with stakeholders
• Develop implementation strategies that address business requirements and engage appropriate teams that will deliver right outcomes
• Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on the progress of strategic projects including executives, team members, and others in the organization
• Plan for and execute high quality change management throughout strategic projects
• Professionalize and optimize our processes by recurrently monitoring and evaluating performance and making recommendations for improvements
• Organize and coordinate the intake of requirements from the teams, supporting the (re-)design of workflows and optimization of our platforms and tools
• Foster market acceptance of new or transformation initiatives, by keeping oversight on post-launch activities and assessing adoption by go-to-market teams.

3. Cross-functional collaboration

• Provide leadership and coordination on major engagements on day-to-day problem solving with the teams and stakeholders.
• Become recognized both internally and externally as a key “go to” contact for execution of strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in business related field (Economics, etc) or BA/BS (any major); MBA preferred.
• 5+ years working in a strategy focused role in the AV or IT industry or 2-3 years experience with a top management consulting firm.
• There is a high level of independence needed in this job. This role will be working in cross-functional teams consisting of senior leadership and will be presenting and making recommendations up to the ET level. The supervisor will be involved as needed, but the Associate should demonstrate high ability to be be self-driven and independent.
• High level of proficiency needed with power point and excel, knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of AV/IT is a plus.
• Knowledge of go-to-market and product development are a plus.

Position Summary

To support our business expansion in the SEA region, we are actively seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Business Operations, HR & Admin in handling our day-to-day HR functions. He / She must have strong, in-depth knowledge of all people matters and is a subject matter expert in a variety of Human Resource topics for the SEA countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.

The role involves creating and disseminating customer communications, developing sales materials, ensuring the up-to-dateness of online and offline media, and managing reference cases. Additionally, the associate will focus on building strong relationships with partners, supporting their marketing activities, and providing them with necessary sales and marketing materials. The associate will also be involved in planning and executing local events, including trainings, seminars, exhibitions, and community events. Regional Supply Planner APAC

A regional position that plays a leading role in the entire process of planning, scheduling, execution, inventory management, and ERP planning systems.

The position will also assist the regional demand planner in developing a demand plan for assigned product segments and implementing the forecasting processes associated with creating an accurate supply chain demand signal.

In coordination with regional and global teams, regional procurement planning ensures the effectiveness of the regional and global SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) process.

Tasks:

SUPPLY PLANNING:

• Coordinate production work orders and purchase orders with global procurement planners to ensure material is available to ensure the daily, weekly, and monthly demand plan from regional forecasts and sales orders.
• Analyze, track, and report production plans and delivery schedules to the regional warehouse centers in the APAC region
• Resolve current or future material and production bottlenecks, potential delays in material deliveries, and/or production schedules
• Work with regional customer care and logistics teams to address potential restrictions and ensure the highest level of service.
• Perform internal stock transfers, work orders, ATO (Assembly to Order), and reserves in the warehouse.
• Manage and control ERP planning parameters and settings (in collaboration with the global team, e.g., inventory targets, safety stocks, delivery weeks, etc.) for existing items, new items, and product discontinuations
• Proactively plan and manage inventory in collaboration with corporate functions and regional and sub-regional sales and marketing to optimize regional inventory positions while minimizing costs.
• Develop best practices, tools, methodologies, and processes to measure and report on the effectiveness of ERP planning systems.
• Maintain and publish weekly and monthly delivery schedules, as well as inventory management KPIs.

DEMAND PLANNING SUPPORT:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of regional forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons by incorporating business intelligence compiled through partnerships with sales, marketing, finance, and others (as needed).
• Review historical sales trends and seasonal trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecasting models, and evaluate forecast results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (integration point between sales/marketing and operations) during meetings to review and align demand drivers to reduce forecasting errors and biases.
• Contribute to the regional S&OP consensus plan for demand.
• Support product lifecycle management, new product launch plans and forecasts, SKU rationalization plans, and discontinuation plans.
• Work cross-functionally to perform advanced business analytics to identify and develop actionable insights and recommendations for the organization related to supply and demand planning.
• Maintain and publish weekly and monthly KPIs for demand planning.

QSC is currently seeking a highly motivated leader to build the company’s presence in the South East region in the newly created role of Director, SE Asia. The ideal candidate brings many years of executive leadership experience with a broad range of functions and region-specific knowledge relevant to Asia Pacific, and a general manager mindset to build out QSC Southeast Asia and carry forward the strong momentum of the brand and the company in the region. In this capacity, the Director, SE Asia will lead the creation of QSC’s SE Asia to develop and lead a high-functioning team, and oversee all key aspects of QSC’s operations in the region with a keen eye to maximize QSC’s potential and ensure scalable, long-term growth. The Director, SE Asia will be reporting directly to the Senior Director, Southeast Asia Pacific.

Position Summary

The primary responsibility of the System Application Engineer is to provide technical support to Q-SYS’s Systems Direct Dealers, Systems Integrators and Distributors in the Southeast Asia territory, and if necessary, support other markets across APAC. Occasional business travel within the region may be needed.

The position will provide systems technical support services and training to our channel partners, consultants, and prospective users within the AV integration community.
