Responsibilities:
Support End Users Computing Infrastructure (PC/Laptops, Tablets, Mobile Devices, Printers, Windows, Mac OS, IOS, Android and basic usage applications)
Onboard/Offboard Users and provision their devices
Involved in hands-on technical troubleshooting, support and advice users on their systems related issues or queries
Perform administration/maintenance of systems, patching and updates.
Suggest improvements by providing technical specifications for system/ process enhancement;
Involved and improves IT corporate governance such as policies, standards and best practices
Ensure IT systems are operating with high efficiency;
Prepare and tidy IT scheduled reports
Develop, implementing and updating documentation and user guides.
Perform remedies on IT alerts and/or issues that Internal monitoring team flagged out.
Escalate higher level or unresolved issues to Internal Team
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering or Technology, Information Technology (IT)
Strong interpersonal communication skills with internal team and end users
Knowledge in Microsoft Office, M365, Intunes, Endpoint protection software preferred
Knowledge in Azure management, any Certification in Microsoft Azure or M365 will be great
Great interest in IT and adapt to new technology change
