This role needs to work with other departments such as Design and Procurement Department to manage the project delivery. You are expected to manage your team to deliver the projects from the beginning to the end. And then handover the projects to the Operations Teams and end users/tenants.

about the job

• Overall in charge of the construction of projects and make sure projects completed within quality, safety, costs and time.
• Lead or assist in providing technical support and planning during pre-construction stage. Lead Deputy Project Managers and Engineers to come out of the costs and planning structure for prospective deal engagements.
• Lead (or assist) in the execution of approved projects’ quotation and/or tendering process.
• Work with asset owners, clients, consultancies, contractors, vendors to make sure project delivery.
• Site project management and track project schedule based on the approved schedule.
• Cost reports including forecasted cash flow of project expenditures, monitoring spending of cost against approved budget, forecast project expenditures, etc.
• Tracking and evaluation of Contractor Claims, Variations, Delay, EoT and Delay Damages
• Work closely with Safety Managers to ensure construction safety compliance.

skills & experience required

• Degree in Project Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Project Management of mission critical facilities
• Experience in managing Data Centre Greenfield Construction is ideal but experience in the construction of pharma/ microelectronics projects also highly desirable
• Clear understanding of commercial & financial processes (Invoicing, approvals etc).
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Willingness to travel for business trips.

Be a regional specialist who provides project management capability in Asia Pacific (ASPAC) for legal entity name changes (LENC) within the space of supply chain under Deliver and Trade Operations.

The primary responsibility of this individual is to plan, lead and harmonise cross-functional activities and milestones for LENC, while ensuring no operational disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate LENC projects with market’s Deliver to ensure final project objectives (FPOs) are achieved and measured through effective transfer of knowledge, and process / systems.
• Monitor interdependencies, with risks properly highlighted and escalated through Deliver or ASPAC channels.
• Liaise with market / regional Deliver and Trade Ops, as well as cross functional colleagues to steer the transition throughout all LENC projects.

Key measures

The position will be measured primarily on:

• Final Project Objectives (FPOs) achievements such as:

o Completion of LENC within execution timeline

o Proper transition from old to new LE with minimal or no downtime in market operations

o Cost for market’s LENC is within the allocated budget.

o Ensure compliance standards across organization’s trade operations

• Interactions and collaborations with colleagues in ASPAC in driving execution, resolving issues, and leveraging resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with minimum 3 years of experience relating to Supply Chain or Trade Operations
• Project management experience
• Ability to work with local site teams and senior leadership, who is comfortable interacting with senior business leaders
• Functional experience with at least one supply chain pillar (Plan, Make, Source or Deliver)

Preferred

• Understand trade and customs regulations for ASPAC, specifically import / export regulations.
• Experience interacting and collaborating with teams across business functions and regions
• Process oriented with strong critical thinking / problem-solving skills

We are looking for a Product Owner that will be responsible for the APAC region to support the Deliver Product Line Organization and its sub product lines i.e. Distribution, Transportation, Labelling & Printing and Customer Connectivity in support of the Supply Chain Technology – Business Technology organization. The scope of the role extends across all organization business to support MedTech Sector.

This role will be responsible for managing Supply Chain Deliver Product Lines and driving the creation of the product line’s roadmap, strategy, and delivery. The role will work directly with the Supply Chain Deliver leadership team and supporting organizations to transform logistics through measurable improvements. The scope includes numerous large programs and developing logistics products over the course of the year with a typical portfolio of approximately USD 15MM.

Key attributes of the role:

• Technology Product Strategy: Leading the development of the technical product strategy to drive measurable business value. The strategy includes designing product roadmaps based on continuous improvement which is aligned to the evolving business strategy; integration of emerging technologies; manage product lifecycle management end to end, and organize capacity to manage demand. Manage tactical ongoing operations and incident management.
• Business Analysis: Analyzes business needs to fully understand the scope of opportunity while ensuring proper acceptance criteria is defined. Experience understanding customer centric design and staying well versed in emerging technologies will be essential for success in this role. Experience leading product ideation strategies also apply to business analysis aspects of this role. Support product backlog, positioning, development from pilot to launch and deploy to manage customer demand in best effective ways.

Enhance the technology product’s features, functionalities, and capabilities, evolve based on constant customer and end user feedback collected via regular surveys. Manage the scrum team to plan and execute the sprints.
• Ability to translate vision to strategy to roadmap; balances discovery and delivery; anticipate future needs and proactively improve product features; ensures products/solutions meet service level expectations. Applying concepts of Agile solutioning techniques to rapidly deliver value through user design, prototyping, Minimal Viable Products, and continuous improvement. Experience and Skillsets Requirement
