Job Description

SN:

• Provide direct patient care to assigned group of patients.
• Coordinate, manage, and evaluate patient care activities.
• Ensure optimal patient care delivery by providing clinical guidance and direction to Enrolled Nurses and ancillary staff.
• Documentation and administer medications and treatments as prescribed to patients.

EN:

• Perform direct nursing care and activities for an assigned group of patients.
• Follow the guidance and direction of a Senior Staff Nurse/Staff Nurse to ensure the delivery
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.

HCA:

• Bedside nursing duties for Covid+ Patients & elderly patients
• Admission & Discharge PT
• Engage patients and visitors to understand their needs and to manage their expectations in quality service delivery
• Basic admin and inventory taking
• Other ad hoc duties

Job Requirements

• Valid SNB, BCLS, full immunization documents
• Inpatient wards Experience preferred
