Job Summary

Monitor healthcare trends in quality, patient safety, and performance improvement. Stay updated on regulatory requirements for quality assurance and patient safety. Drive continuous service improvements through surveys, audits, and training.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage incidents, customer feedback/complaints, and implement preventive actions.
• Identify and apply improvements in service, clinical quality, and patient safety.
• Develop and conduct training to improve service standards and customer service culture.
• Track and report Quality Indicators (e.g., productivity, customer surveys, incidents).
• Assist in creating and reviewing quality management policies for compliance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and maintain all relevant policies.
• Work with consultants to achieve and maintain certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, Bizsafe).
• Handle external communications with agencies like MOH/AIC and manage award submissions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager/CEO.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, preferably Degree in any field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality management, ideally in healthcare.
• Experience in quality assurance, patient safety, and PDPA.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and guidelines.
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis and Failure Modes Effects Analysis is a plus.

4. Training and Awareness:

• Develop awareness materials on privacy and data security practices.

5. Incident Response:

• Assist in responding to data breaches, including investigation, documentation, and reporting.
• Ensure incidents are escalated to appropriate teams when necessary.

6. Auditing and Monitoring:

• Assist in internal audits and drills to identify data protection compliance gaps.
• Provide administrative support for external audits.

7. General Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate records of all data protection-related activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline, preferably Degree in any discipline.
• Preferably undergone Fundamentals of PDPA and/or Practitioner Certification in Personal Data Protection.
• Experience in compliance/audits especially data protection compliance.

• The Senior Supplier Quality Specialist will reports to the Supplier Quality Supervisor will be responsible to support the development and maintenance of Supplier Quality Management business processes to comply with all applicable regulatory requirements and Quality Policies and Procedures.
• You will ensure oversight on the site’s supplier quality and material release processes are executed in accordance to Quality Policies and Procedures

Major Responsibilities:

• Provide Leadership for the Supplier Quality team as a senior specialist in the absence of the manager and Supervisor
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies, processes and procedures, contributing to the execution of strategies and oversight of Supplier Quality programs
• Execute and provide oversight on procedures to ensure that incoming materials including raw materials and commodities received at our Company to meet approved company policies and processes.
• Manage investigations arising from materials nonconformity with cross functional team.
• Serves as the primary contact to review and follow up on Supplier Qualification documentation (e.g. Approved Supplier Lists, Quality Questionnaires, customer complaints, Supplier packages etc.) and activities (e.g. supplier audits, supplier review, supplier change notification etc.)
• Prepare, maintain and facilitate review of the GMP documentations (Quality Technical Agreement and Internal Quality Technical Agreement)
• Coordinate site supplier quality issues (such as deviations), audit assessments and subsequent follow-up actions.
• Support global supplier quality team initiatives or other site improvement projects. Perform review/audit of Incoming material inspection package which includes receiving, sampling and testing compliance. Completion of Incoming Raw Material checks and release and the administration of Quality Logs, e.g. QA Hold.Review / Approve material master data set up for new material introduction.
