Tasks:
Work with System Engineers and vendors to resolve customers' technical problems
Ensure support cases are tracked and duly closed
Manage support cases through the use of SAP and support ticketing system
Work closely with various teams, eg. Sales, Logistics and subsidiaries to manage the handling of repair items
Analysis of support and repair data
Sharing of preventive measures with Engineers and Customers to reduce equipment failures
Qualifications:
At least a diploma in Electronics engineering
Preferably with minimum 2 years' working experience
Knowledge in RF & EMC is an advantage
Working knowledge in SAP a plus
