• Problem Solving &Critical Thinking
• Solve the issues raised by the internal project team members including solutioning, functional aspects, technical aspects and customer management.
• Explore out-of-the box solutions to manage the challenges faced during the project. Partner with Project Director to address the challenges in timely manner.
• Manage Project Profitability
• Ensure the overall allocation and resource utilization is optimal, so that the actual cost of project remains within the budgeted cost.
• Anticipate Risk and Plan
• Anticipate risks arising due to internal or external stakeholders that can impact the success of project.
• Partner with Project Director to address the challenges in timely manner.

Job Scope:

You will perform and learn below activities via Customer Assignments as part of OJT under the guidance of RA’s HR Tech experts (Implement and Support SAP SuccessFactors Projects)

· Requirements Gathering & Designing: Liaison with SMEs to understand their Business Requirements and advise them efficient system solutions. If required, guide the clients in re-engineering their Business Processes. Also educate them on alternatives for system design & advice how to achieve desired business outcomes.

· Implementation: Configure and Test SAP SuccessFactors modules

· Data Migration: Perform/Support Data Migration as required

· Client Engagement: Setup relevant data within the configured SAP SuccessFactors module, so as to showcase to client the end-to-end business process. Collect & process the feedbacks from Clients, to make necessary system changes. Also extend extensive support to Clients when they test SAP SuccessFactors modules

· Training: Educate clients on how to use SAP SuccessFactors modules

· Documentation: Diligently document Business Requirements so as to baseline for implementation. Prepare training materials & other documents required for successful completion of the project.

· Support: Post implementation, understand the requirements / issues from the client and provide necessary technical solutions. This could include fixing issues and/or implementing new features based on business need.

Primary Duties:

A.) Project Planning & Coordination: Prepare detailed project plan to oversee the acquisition and development of SAP software systems in organisational units, including factoring all deliverables, risks & associated mitigation.

B.) Monitor the results and quality of the software solutions and projects implemented in the organisation. Prepare Weekly Status Reports, Monthly Steering Committee Reports and adhoc Project Status Report covering all critical aspects.

C.) Oversee the development of Proof-of-Concept/ solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered. Explore out-of-the box solutions to manage the challenges faced during the project and partner with the Project Director to address the challenges in a timely manner.

Additional Duties:

A.) Stakeholders Management: Develop healthy relationship with the customer PMO & SME Team members. Liaison with internal Lead Consultant(s) and ensure that the customer PMO & SME Team members are aligned on project timelines and goals.

B.) Project Team Management: Establish and maintain a cohesive working environment within the internal project team members keeping the morale of the team high.

C.) Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Solve the issues/ challenges during project raised by internal project team members by providing business solutions, addressing functional aspects, technical aspects and customer management.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Information technology/Computer Science/Business management/HR from a recognized university.

Around 5 years of experience as Software and Applications Manager.

Experience in SAP SuccesssFactors.

Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities. Ability to influence key stakeholders and develop team members.

Creative thinker, patient and client oriented.
