Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The mission of our compliance and risk management functions is to protect the firm from internal and external threats for the successful sustainability of its business.

Within this framework, the Employee shall have responsibilities in both regulatory (MAS, ACRA, and other relevant authorities) and operating compliance as well as portfolio administration for the funds and fund management companies in our group. Regulatory compliance refers compliance to statutory and regulatory ordinances that govern these companies; whereas operating compliance includes self-governance policies set by the firm’s standard operating procedures, work practice as well as protocols required by our boards and investment committees. The Employee shall also be assigned projects related to the above responsibilities from time to time as the firm responds to the evolving demands of risk management.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the construction site office, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Manage HR-related tasks, including payroll calculation, employee records, and attendance tracking.

Handle general administrative duties such as document management, scheduling, and coordination of site meetings.

Coordinate with site managers and supervisors to ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Assist with the preparation and submission of site reports and documentation.

Maintain and update site office inventory, including office supplies and equipment.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations and safety standards.

Support the site team with any ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience working in a construction site office environment.

Familiarity with HR and administrative matters, including payroll calculation.

Responsibilities

• The job of an enforcement administrator is to look into complaints and carry out regular inspections to find instances of corporate policies being broken.
• When anomalies are found, the enforcement administrator acts swiftly to address the problems and restore compliance. This could entail bringing legal action against noncompliant employees or giving warnings and citations.
• Collaborating with various department heads (such as the operation or logistical managers) and supporting them with the necessary enforcement to ensure the business runs smoothly.
• Enforcing company policies and penalizing employees.
• Monitor lost goods, tools, and equipment, and assign fines to the appropriate group of employees or drivers.
• Before the end of the month, total the fines, provide the results of the inquiry into the infractions, and request approval from the HR Manager for the deduction.

Requirements

• Minimum of Higher NITEC / Diploma in Safety / Engineering or Technical Related Discipline
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in regulation enforcement an advantage.
