Responsibilities:
- Implementing service and maintenance procedures.
- Collaborating closely with client representatives on service and maintenance matters.
- Guiding and coaching a team of service personnel.
- Assisting the supervisor in team deployment and task allocation for service tasks.
- Overseeing daily client interactions to meet expectations effectively.
- Supporting the supervisor in ensuring timely troubleshooting and completion of service tasks for security systems at client sites.
- Understanding and meeting each client's business, organizational, and objective-related needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act in all work activities.
- Undertaking additional technical duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- NITEC/Diploma or higher in Electronic, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 1 years of customer service experience, preferably in multinational settings, with a focus on security.
- Additional advantage with expertise in security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Systems.
- Fundamental IT knowledge in hardware, network, and database.
