Job Responsibilities
· Conduct firefighting components/vehicle training sessions in-person for technicians & operators.
· Customize existing training materials and content to ensure effectiveness and relevance to training group.
· Establish training and standard operating procedures including preparation of proper documentation for test procedures.
· Manage all aspects of training administration, including logistical arrangements for each training session.
· Gather feedback from training participants, compile feedback reports for management, and implement adjustments to enhance training delivery continuously.
· Group discussions.
Requirements
· Have good process knowledge, maintenance experience on automotive, electrical and electronics linked controlled systems (such as CAN Bus, IO Network, PLC), Pumps, Hydraulics Control Systems and Mechanical fitting.
· Strong communication skills
· Able to conduct classroom training and field training.
· Willing to travel to multiple locations for training.
· At least 5 years of work experience
· At least Diploma in engineering & above
