Job Responsibilities

· Conduct firefighting components/vehicle training sessions in-person for technicians & operators.

· Customize existing training materials and content to ensure effectiveness and relevance to training group.

· Establish training and standard operating procedures including preparation of proper documentation for test procedures.

· Manage all aspects of training administration, including logistical arrangements for each training session.

· Gather feedback from training participants, compile feedback reports for management, and implement adjustments to enhance training delivery continuously.

Requirements

· Have good process knowledge, maintenance experience on automotive, electrical and electronics linked controlled systems (such as CAN Bus, IO Network, PLC), Pumps, Hydraulics Control Systems and Mechanical fitting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a creative/ responsible Mechanical Design Engineer to join us.

The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for preparing and completing design 3D & 2D drawings in accordance with the clients’ requirements, and issue drawings to production for fabrication. the engineer should have conceptual / detailed design abilities and work with a multi- teams and interactions with vendors.

Qualifications/ Job Experience:

· Degree & Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

· 2 years’ experience in mechanical Design.

· Proficient in SOLIDWORKS ,AutoCAD software, it is a must.

· Interested in Heavy vehicle industry /Automotive experience preferred.

· Water/foam tank, steel piping schematic experience is the best.

· Basic knowledge of ISO9001 standard.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform on-site/workshops inspection, testing, installation, repairs and servicing works for products handled by the company.
• Carry out electrical, mechanical, Can Bus system, pneumatic and hydraulic fault diagnosing and repairs for all products handled by the company.
• Complete service report including cause(s) of problems, details of repairs and detailed parts used for every job completed timely and submit daily with time sheet to the respective team leader/supervisor.
• Complete daily time sheet and submit daily to the respective team leader/ supervisor.
• Any other duties as assigned by the service management.

Qualifications:

• Candidate MUST possess at least Professional Certificate.

Diploma / Higher NiTEC / NiTEC, in Technology/ Diploma Engineering (Automotive/Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronic) or equivalent.

Knowledge and experience:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience are required. Training will be provided.
• Willing to hands on & able to work as team.

Requirements:

• Possesses a valid class 3 & 4 driving license would be preferred.
• MUST reside in Singapore.
• Good working attitude and good team player
• Good skills in communication and collaboration.
• Possess good customer service attitude.
