· Customizes CMS database check sheets and allocation of check sheets based on latest engineering drawing revisions and punch list updates for mechanical/ electrical process/safety /HVAC discipline
· Prepares boundary drawings as per subsystem listing
· Prepares procedures/ work method statements and risk assessment for mechanical/electrical process/ safety/ HVAC commissioning activities
· Attends Factory Acceptance Test at vendors' premises, as required. (FAT)
· Leads a team of mechanical electrical technicians/ mechanics for preparation and site execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning and function testing of mechanical equipment and vendor equipment packages on the topsides
· Reviews commissioning shipped-loose items, consumables and spares for proper inventory and availability
· Reviews system / sub-system completion status for taking over from Construction Team as per commissioning schedule and priorities
· Liaises with various parties including vendor site representatives, where required, to ensure any issues affecting system completion are resolved in a timely manner
· Participates in system / sub-system joint inspections for taking over from Construction Team, punch listing activities,
· Able to travel oversea
· Prepares relevant documents required for safe energization of equipment such as Livening -Up Notice, CPTW, Isolation Lists, etc
· Ensures that commissioning testing activities are conducted safely and complies with the site PTW and safety regulations and procedures
· Reviews completed commissioning documentation such as check sheets, test procedures, red-line mark-up drawings, commissioning dossiers, etc.
· Follows up with relevant parties to ensure proper closure of outstanding issues arising from commissioning activities
· Ensure to maintain up to date punch close report
Requirements:
· Min. 3 years year of commissioning experience in the Oil & Gas/ marine industry.
· Experience in commissioning of Diesel Generators/ Compressors/ Pumps/ Piping systems / Utility packages/ cranes / mechanical handling equipment/ HVAC, etc
· Good knowledge and experience in commissioning activities of oil and gas/ marine facilities
· Familiar with permit-to-work systems and lock-out tag-out procedures
· Good analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
· Familiar with Project Specifications, Technical and HSE Standards
· Familiar with MS Office software applications (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
· Familiar with Completion Management System database such as PIMS-CMS / WinPCS / ProCoSys / ICAPS---(Optional or added advantages)
Working hours: Monday –Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm (Transport provided from Jurong East MRT to Office)
