• Prepare maintenance schedule and carry out the day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance and servicing operations.
• Attend to minor repairs such as replacing blown/worn-out lightings, rectify power trip/failure and similar
• Ensure all quotations, POs, monthly report, and any other necessary paperwork are submitted on time
• Develop, prepare, and present facilities and site-related management reporting including site status, performance, incident, cost, budget, service delivery and management reports
• Any other ad hoc jobs as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities related course
• Minimum Two (2) year of in Facilities Management Environment,
• Resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Proactive and responsive
• Able and willing to travel around Singapore for work assignments
