SBISSG would like to invite talents to apply for the role as Assistant Vice President. Key role is to provide support to the Japanese equities business department and core duty is corporate access function. Your duties will include the following responsibilities:
- Liaise with overseas affiliates and equity sales desk on coordinating client investor relations (IR) visits such as, group meetings, teleconferences, seminars, one-on-one meetings
- Arrange and coordinate schedules and travel logistics for IR roadshows and conferences
- Accompany client senior management and IR officers to meetings with investors and perform interpreting or take notes during meeting when necessary.
- Market departmental services, capabilities, and events to companies for the purpose of IR
- Create, edit and translate various materials, including marketing presentations, profiles, etc. as required
- Perform research on companies, company financials, investors and market information
- Conduct event planning, contact investors, maintain contact information and gather feedback
Candidate with prior working experience in corporate access function in a securities broker house will be preferred. High proficiency in IT skills is a prerequisite. In addition, good working knowledge of investment products will be at an advantage including but not limited to Japanese listed equities, IPOs and other types of secondary offerings, etc.
The candidate should be bilingual in English language and Japanese language. Japanese linguistic skills close to native level is essential to perform this role due to various communications with parent company as well as other related companies, Japanese investors, issuing companies and investment analysts.
Final position title and remuneration package will commensurate with qualifications and experience. Flexible Work Arrangement is possible.
