Job Description:

Searce is looking for a Solutions Architect who is passionate about helping customers build infrastructures and applications at scale. Our Solutions Engineering team has a bunch of experienced technology consultants who’ve got there by building awesome architectures.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure customer success in designing, building, and migrating applications, software, and services from x onto the customers preferred cloud platform (AWS, GCP)
• Lead deep architectural discussions and design exercises to create world-class solutions built on the public cloud while ensuring solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud
• Be a Searce Cloud evangelist. Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of various services and benefits offered by Searce and partner OEMs.
• In partnership with the sales team, formulate, and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives through the adoption of cloud platform products and services
• Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the Cloud solutions architect community

Qualification:

• A result-oriented individual, driven with passion and the ability to explore solutions and solve complex customer problems, Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
• Relevant years of experience in the Cloud Industry space
• Any current Cloud Certifications will be an added benefit and extra points if this is Professional Cloud Architect
• A consultative approach to solving our customer’s business challenges and having a track record of successfully overcoming technical and security objections. Problem-solving is in your DNA!

Job Location: Singapore

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cloud consultants and OEM partners to design and implement modern, scalable AI solutions using a range of new and emerging technologies from the Cloud (Google Cloud and AWS). Continuously work towards identifying new business opportunities and prioritize pursuits for Applied AI.
• Analyze, document and optimize the overall proposed solution architecture; Create SoWs, build on market case studies and use cases; guide clients and teams through their AI transformation journeys on Cloud.
• Showcase your Cloud and AI/ML architecture experience when communicating with clients on their requirements, turning these into technical futuristic AI solutions.
• Proactively liaise and be part of our extensive Cloud community, contributing in the knowledge exchange.
• Demonstrate expertise & and experience in computer vision, NLP, conversational AI and MLOps along with a deep understanding of ML Architecture and Model lifecycle including non-functional requirements and operations management.
• Work closely with internal specialists and delivery teams to package best practices and lessons learned into thought leadership, methodologies, and published assets.
• Must have the right Solution and architecture experience working with Google AI and Data Products BigQuery, Document AI, CCAI, Dialogflow, Vertex AI, Data-prep, etc. or similar products on any other public cloud platforms.
• Establish processes, operations, measurements, and controls for end-to-end life-cycle management of the digital workforce (intelligent systems).

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other highly technical equivalent experience, along with:

• Relevant years of experience in delivering complex AI or Data Analytics projects on Cloud Platforms (Google and/or AWS).
• Experience in a statistical programming language (e.g. R or Python) and applied machine learning and AI techniques (i.e. computer vision, deep learning, conversational AI, and natural language processing frameworks).
• Experience in systems design with the ability to architect and explain Machine Learning Operations platforms.
• Ability to translate business problems into futuristic AI solutions.
• Excellent collaboration skills, and experience working in client collaborative environments on Data-driven projects.
• Proven success in contributing to a multi-geographical team Demonstrate excellent communication, written, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
