We are looking for an ambitious and energetic oil products trader to become an integral part of our dynamic team.

Requirements and Roles include:

• At least 2-5 years’ experience in physical trading of oil products (e.g. Naphtha, gasoline, gasoil or Fuel oil)
• Strong network of suppliers / customers in SEA/Asia Pacific and Middle East
• Understanding of supply/demand balance and trading dynamics
• Proactively explore and build a profitable business portfolio
• Work with internal departments (trade finance, operation, hedging) to ensure smooth trade execution and maximum profit

Candidate Profile

A self-motivated individual who value integrity, have willing brain engagement in going the extra miles. A strong candidate should possess the following:

• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or other relevant qualifications
• Highly motivated, meticulous and organized individual who exhibits strong integrity, work ethics and ability to perform under pressure

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic trading analyst individual to become an integral part of our dynamic team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage trade orders and coordinate trading execution.
• Ensure that all trades executed are entered accurately & completely into systems.
• Run the daily processes to ensure accurate /timely reporting of the trading position and estimated PnL to the traders.
• Independently monitor and execute trade during night hours (depends on the night shift schedule).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Educational Qualification: Degree or Above in Finance/Science/Engineering, or experience in the field. Fresh Graduates can also apply.
• Fast learner and quick thinker, highly independent and resourceful.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
• Mandarin Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, as it is necessary for communication with overseas banks and clients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), especially Excel Formulas, and sensitive with numbers
• Interested in the oil trading industry

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Professionally and courteously perform driving duties for Management and other guests when required and ensure timely arrival/departure.
• Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and clean and carry out vehicle maintenance checks.
• Ensure that the vehicles’ road tax and insurance are valid and prepare for renewal in advance.
• Always comply with all traffic rules.
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

· Must have valid 'Class 3' Drivers Licence;

· Excellent knowledge of Singapore road and the surrounding suburbs;

· Individuals with over 3 years of relevant working experience will be an advantage;

· Excellent time management skills, communication skills, and telephone etiquette;

· Good ethics and professional conduct, and with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
