Role & Responsibilities:

* Annual submission of income tax IR8A,Submission of Tax clearanceand others

* Update and maintain Personnel data file of FW worker's

* Arrangement of Skilled Course enrollment for Workers

* Monthly payroll including submission of monthly CPF & FWL Payment

* To follow up FWMI & WICA Renewal matters liaise with Insurance company

* To apply /renewal /cancellation of work permit, S Pass & EP including workers' repatriation

* Take care of Dormitory arrangement for workers and update their residence address in OFWAS

* To Prepare PO/Invoice and send it's to the client's

* Prepare Site Monthly Progress Report

* Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

* Min 2 years experienced in relevant field & construction industry

* Min Qualification Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification in Admin & HR

* Must have good communication skills

* To Lead and supervise a team of construction workers & monitoring progress in various projects

* To ensure compliance with safety protocols and provide necessary training to the team

* To ensure all work complies with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards

* To Plan ,monitoring of progress and timely completion of projects

* To Prepare Monthly site Progress

* Attending site meetings for smooth coordination

* Communicate with clients, contractors, and arrange to conduct RTO inspection.

Requirements:

* Diploma in Electrical Engineering OR Equivalent

* Experience in project management ( Electrical works)

* 6 years of working experience in electrical field in Construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Fetch workers from Dormitory to Various jobs sites
• Puchase construction materials from various Suppliers.
• Maintain vehicles in good condition condition.
• Other duties as assigned whenever required by Management

Requirements:

• Class 4 driving license required
• Min 2 years driving experienced on the 14 Feet Lorry
• Min 2 years relevant experienced is advantage
• Min Secondary education or equivalent qualification
