5. Ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies and channels.
6. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to determine business decisions.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and overall business goals.
8. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including promotional campaigns, advertisements, and digital content.
9. Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
10. Exposure to regional market on sales & merchandising activities.

Requirements :

1. Proven experience and record in a sales and marketing leadership role in retail companies are a big plus
2. Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
3. Communication, interpersonal skills, and leadership.
4. Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
