1. Work closely with Marketing Manager to develop and support integrated marketing and communication plans on offline advertising, PR, events and branding aimed at generating leads, increasing engagement and meeting enrolment targets.

Support Marketing Manager to execute and optimise marketing and communication plans, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies on deliverables.

2. Support media planning, booking and execution for all channels and platforms.

3. Support the development and production of marketing collaterals, mainly on physical assets. This can involve liasing with designers and printers.

4. Support events, including logistical arrangement, set up, tear down and liasing with internal and external parties.

5. Work closely with creative agencies to ensure that quality work is produced in a timely and cost-effective manner.

6. Ability to conduct basic research on industry data and trends.

7. Kepp track and facilitate departmental budgeting, invoicing and other finance-related requirements.

8. Provide administrative support to the Marketing department.

9. Able to handle adhoc tasks as assigned, as well as perform any other duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

· Collate and report back monthly on performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels, using these statistics to influence future digital activity.

· With the rest of the Marketing Communications team act as a brand guardian in terms of look and feel of online communications as well as tone of voice of copy.

· Overseeing PPC campaigns monitoring their performance and return on investment.

· Writing informative and effective search engine optimised copy for the website and external blog postings.

· Monitoring return on investment for the different online marketing campaigns.

· Managing the organisation's Social Media accounts ensuring all copy is relevant for the different platforms.

· Managing the content diary for social media content.

· Keeping up to date with changes and advances in social media and advising on new channels and approaches to adopt.

· Monitoring social media for company mentions and engaging with customers where relevant

Minimum Qualification

ITE diploma

Responsibilities:
