Job Description

1. General project work in all phases from concept up to detailed construction drawings, preparation of documentation and any other project materials under supervision of a team leader.

2. Monitor work progress to ensure project development is according to design and time schedules.

3. Prepare and Communicate design intent by computer generated or hand drawings within or outside office.

4. Liaison with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.

5.Attend project / technical / consultant and / or other co-ordination meetings.

6. Supervise, guide and advise Landscape Technicians working on the project.

7. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the team leader.

Job Requirements

1. A motivated and hardworking individual with good attitude who is able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

2. Individual with excellence in design and willingness to work hard and takes initiative to complete given tasks thoroughly and efficiently.

3. Excellent academic performance as demonstrated by awards, for example, Dean’s List, Prizes, Commendations.

4. Proficiency in AutoCAD / Vectorworks, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and any other computer-aided drafting and design software.

5. Good hand drawing skill and sketching ability.

6. Evidence of English language proficiency, both written and spoken.

7. Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Landscape Architecture program and University, preferably with Honours.

We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team. This is a key role to provide a wide range of administrative support to senior executives .

Responsibilities :

- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings as and when needed

- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion

- Coordinate work travel arrangements

- Assist in organising office gatherings

- Manage social media accounts and promotional brochures, including basic content creation and posting

- Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements :

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Admin Console, and other relevant software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- High level of confidentiality and professionalism

- Very good English skills – written and spoken

- Good attitude and pleasant personality

Qualifications :

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
