• Make estimates for maintenance parts sales
• Prepare necessary quotations and negotiate with customers
• Update and monitor progress of sales status
• Prepare necessary reports relating to quotation and sales works
• Issue job instructions and other relevant documents for the works
• Assist in developing and maintaining software for sales work
• Co-ordinate with other departments on matters relating to works
• Report to superior on all matters relating to the section
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior
• Keep proper records and filling of works carried out
• Ensure all data and information are kept in confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with the Environmental Policy, reduction of waste and prevention of pollution.

The Requirements:

• Basic administrative skills
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to proficiently create tables and analyze data

Responsibilities:

• Manage large scale portfolios, leading them to closure through monitoring of pipeline of large opportunities, working closely within the sales team, partners and end-customers
• Identify key Partners that can drive sales of Solution Area, ensure readiness and focus of the respective Partners, identify capability and capacity gaps and mobilize internal/external resources to bridge the gaps, drive territory plans with respective Partners.
• Develop strategy for identifying, driving & closing Solution Area opportunities for your assigned territory through Partners
• Coordinate pre-sales and sales efforts for the Solution Area with internal (Account Executive, Inside Sales, Cloud Specialist, Territory Channel Manager etc.) and external resources (Partner Sales & Technical teams).
• Build sales discipline and accountability through weekly pipeline reviews through Partners and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders.
• Provide support and coaching to drive excellence in Partner pipeline management, sales forecast and deal close plans for the respective Solution Area.
• Share the stories that sit behind world-class examples of partners who have built disruptive and market leading new practices based on specific Solutions Areas

Requirements:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree in one of the following specializations: Info Systems, Computer Science, Cyber Security.
• Prior experience or internship experience in a sales capacity will be an added advnatage.
