Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive digital market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the imaging center industry, focusing on online behaviors and preferences of the target audience.
• Build and maintain a robust lead generation pipeline through digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, social media campaigns, and email marketing, in addition to traditional methods such as networking and referrals.
• Forge and nurture strong relationships with clients digitally, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through regular engagement and personalized communication, with an emphasis on online platforms.
• Develop and execute digital growth strategies in collaboration with the management team, leveraging online tools and platforms to engage in industry-related events, forums, and communities to expand the network of potential partners and clients.
• Explore and enter new digital markets by identifying and leveraging online platforms and communities where potential clients for imaging services may be active, conducting targeted digital outreach and engagement initiatives.
• Create presentations and proposals that are persuasive and catered to the specific needs of each client - Negotiate and conduct sales conversations in a way that meets revenue targets, primarily emphasising our flagship product

Job Description:

• To perform nursing duty.
• To perform Venepuncture and IV cannulation.
• To monitor vital signs of patient while doing endoscopy.
• To assist in gastroscopy and colonoscopy (preferably nurse with experience in assisting doctor in gastroscopy and colonoscopy).
• To assist in gastroscopy and colonoscopy (training will be provided if no experience).
• To assist in performing the administration work of the centres.
• To perform registration and counter service to patients.
• To be chaperone during medical examination.
• Work during office hours. No on call. No night shift.

Requirements:

• Fully registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Good interpersonal skills.

• To conduct vaccination, health screening and health counselling;

• To work with clinic staff to manage clinic inventory (inclusive of medical drugs, vaccines and consumables);

• Being conversant with all relevant Ministry of Health (MOH) acts, rules and regulations and government orders that may be in force from time to time and ensuring full compliance by doctors and clinical staff.

Job Description:

• Perform the role of Radiology Assistant.

• To attend to all the patients visiting the Somerset Imaging Centre.

• To be physically present during the contrast administration in the Somerset Imaging Centre Pte Ltd.

• To be physically present in the centre during the treadmill exercise test.

• To perform basic patient care assistance activities e.g. providing instruction and assisting patients with changing of patient’s clothing. In the event of any medical emergency, to perform emergency protocol as established eg Code Blue or any allergic reaction etc.

• To assist radiographers in examination rooms e.g preparing patient for radiological procedures.

• To assist the radiographer in data entry into Worklist and Radiology Information System.

• To perform the daily Equipment Preventive Maintenance (PM) where required.

• To perform administration duties including data collection as assigned.

• To provide assistance in retrieving request forms from storage/ system including disseminating to requestor.

• To perform IV cannulation and venepuncture where required.

• To communicate with the patients clearly in terms of the duty, management plan and blood taking as required.

• To work in a harmonious way and to promote the unity of the centres.

Requirements:

• Minimum O Level or Diploma in Nursing / Radiography.

• WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) or its equivalent is preferred.

• Computer literate.

• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skill.

• Possess good empathy and care towards patients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform CT, MRI, X-ray and Bone Mineral Density Scan;

• Perform Mammogram;

• To coordinate patient’s scan and provide proper instruction to the patient;

• To participate in after-hours duty as per required;

• To ensure the safety of the patient while performing the duty;

• To help to do post processing of the scan in MRI and CT;

• To supervise Junior Radiographer;

• To ensure the maintenance of the scanner e.g. QAQC of the various scanners is done properly.

Requirements:

• Minium Diploma/Degree in Diagnostic Imaging, Diagnostic Radiography or relevant.

• Experience in CT/MRI/Mammography/Ultrasound will be an advantage.

• Must be registered with National Environmental Agency (NEA) as a radiation worker.

• Must be registered with Singapore Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC).

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
