This IT System Engineer role reports to the IT Team Lead to maintain, implement projects, and enhance the IT Infrastructure not limited but included on server, network, security and so on. Key Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

The Role:

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure services provided by vendor/s to ensure connectivity, availability of applications and services within the company both locally and regionally.
• Day-to-day support to the Group’s IT infrastructure (local and regional), including servers, desktops, IP phones, email, software updates, printers, backup systems and networking and WIFI equipment, on-boarding, off-boarding and training.
• Provide technical support for PC hardware, software, applications, and IT requests and tickets and close them timely.
• Responsible for the configuration, installation, and support of equipment.
