Key Requirements

Role & Responsibilities

• Support legal documentation on credit facilities, including preparation of facility letters and security documents.
• Review operational aspects of credit facilities, verify authorized signatures, and pre-check conditions precedents and subsequent.
• Follow up on outstanding legal agreements and ensure timely registration and implementation of credit limits.
• Handle loan operations duties such as new loan disbursement requests, funding requirements, and rate-fixing.

• Report past due payments or anomalies, maintain covenant diaries, and request submission of compliance documents from customers.
