This leader of Indirect Channel Management (ICM) holds a key role in developing and executing strategy related to all Indirect Channels (IC) in the ASEAN, Hong Kong and Taiwan Region.
In this role, cross functional collaboration is essential and you will be working with regional and global ICM leads to ensure global standards on ICs are implemented within your remit. You will also have a direct impact on continuous improvements in the way Stryker manages our channel partners by ensuring both performance growth and compliance with our code of conduct.
What You Will Be Doing
- Select, develop and oversee Stryker’s indirect channel network across all product franchises in ASEAN, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
- Drive engagement and meetings with leadership teams to ensure all stakeholders are aligned, understand and capable to execute on ICM global practices.
- Manage the education and training of business leaders and key stakeholders across the region for all ICM subject matter.
- Ensure clear process flows are developed and communicated effectively within the business and all key stakeholders, enabling them to execute the ICM practices effectively.
- Manage end to end IC processes in IC Hub, ensuring contract accuracy and execution.
- Deciding on and resolving escalated ICM issues from country/regional leaders to strengthen established ICM standards.
- IC lifecycle management, driving rigorous IC standards through diligent onboarding, contracting and continuous monitoring processes.
- Establish and maintain responsibility framework locally that will be implemented for ICs.
- Manage all IC issues with diligent stakeholder management, effective resolutions and communication to all levels, mitigating risks and ensuring clear documentations.
- Support development of communication materials on standards and expectations for sub-IC selection/documentation to be leveraged enterprise wide.
- Continuously support franchise leaders to optimize business opportunities through new ICs.
- Work with local MD and franchise leads to define their Go-to-Market and channel strategies.
- Overall responsibility for maintaining a solid IC governance process.
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business/Management or other applicable disciplines.
- At least 8 years' experience across sales channel management, commercial, compliance or market access roles.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong command of spoken Mandarin is highly preferred due to market coverage in Taiwan.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills to proactively engage and lead discussions among different stakeholders to shape business decisions/objectives.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conceptualize, structure and develop analyses.
- Adept at building relationships and credibility across all levels in different functional teams.
- Strong sense of accountability, demonstrated ability to make effective decisions independently and thrive in an evolving business environment.
- Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
