Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing bill of quantities (BOQ) involving quantity take-off, material sourcing and estimating material.

• Analyze quotation from vendors / contractors.

• Present costing to management.

• Understand and reasonably interpret contract documents & drawings.

• Project admnistration and documentation include preparation of quotation, variation order (VO), progress claim and final account.

• Certifies vendor / supplier claims based on site progress.

• Follow up closely with designer / site team on site progress regularly.

• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in interior design (ID) firms or builder companies is preferred for Interior Design Quantity Surveyor (ID QS).

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or equivalent.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

Senior Lighting Designer

The candidate should have 5 years of lighting design experience on a range of projects and have completed a number of projects successfully through all work phases. A good knowledge of architectural lighting design, in both creative and technical aspects with high attention to detail will be essential. The responsibilities will include:

• Designing lighting design solutions for local and international projects.
• Presenting lighting design proposals to clients.
