Job Description & Requirements

1)Ensure contractor carries out daily works that follow specification and regulations.

2)Monitor quality of precast components for daily production and delivery.

3)Ensure daily production and deliveries are able to cope with site schedule and progress.

4)Inspect all new mould and ensure is ready before proceed for casting of new component.

5)Monitor daily production records and delivery records.

6)Daily inspection for pre-pour of pre-cast component and finished products’ delivery.

7)Planning and schedule for daily production works.

8)Ensure that daily production works are carried out by using latest drawing.

Singaporean / Singapore PR only

1 Lead, manage and guide the production team, as well as all staff to ensure smooth progress in all operations, especially in timely deliveries and quality assurance in our products to deliver satisfaction to our clients.

2 Organize, monitor and coordinate project(s) from initiation to completion; using maximum utilization of manpower, techniques, experiences, creativity and management skills to reach the predetermined objectives.

3 To ensure all goods are delivered on smooth and timely schedule, and all goods to be checked thoroughly before delivery.

4 Liaising and coordination with clients, consultants and Main Contractors for resolving of any technical issues, as well as attending meetings scheduled by Main Contractors.

5 To monitor and control all production costs to save costs for the company and keep all productions within our budget.

6 To review and research the work procedures to improve productivity.

7 Ensure all safety procedures all carried out during production and ensure QC supervisors look out for all details during production to ensure no mistakes made.

8 Conduct, organize and lead meetings to ensure all staff are in-sync with all tasks involved in the production department to ensure there will not be hiccups during production period.

9 Mentor and train all production staff to ensure they are clear of all tasks assigned and ensure good cooperation within all fellow colleagues.

Sorting, scanning and archiving of document, internal dispatching, document mailing/courier… etc

Oversee standard office equipment and supplies such as printer, ink, toner, paper etc

Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

Liaise with Main contractors on the payment issue

Requirement

Diploma in accountancy or ACCA Level 1

3-5 year experience in handling partial accounts

Meticulous and good interpersonal skills able to work under timeline pressure

Coordination of structural works during construction process

Attending site meeting with contractor and other consultants.

Attending site issues, timely replies to RFI, coordinating VO (if any), material costing and estimation

Liaise closely with internal and external parties as well as the authorities to resolve structure design discrepancies and construction issues

Attending technical and project coordination meeting with various disciplines.

Manage and resolve production, quality, design & engineering and schedule issue

Plan, design and supervise C&S Engineering works on HDB Projects, ensure all engineering works comply with relevant statutory standards, regulations and Codes of PracticeCoordination of structural works during construction process

1. HDB, LUP and Design and Build projects

2. Overseeing the shop drawings production, which are predominantly en-tasked to the senior engineers.

3. Provide technical support in view to resolve site complications arising from shop drawing or production errors.

4. Manage the design Team.

5. Endorse on the shop drawings for submission.

6. To act as a ‘mentor’ and provide guidance to the young engineers in all respects.

7. Maintain good rapport with existing clients and industry players.

8. Liaise with Main Contractor on all drawing issue by attending weekly meetings, as well as attending meetings with Consultants on design issues, come up proposals or counter-proposal for precast design.

9. Discrepancies feedback by drafters need to be highlighted through email, phone or meeting, keep track of all the discrepancy feedback reply and remind main con of any unsolved discrepancy feedback.

10. Responsible for all precast drawing issue (check drawings, look through arch and cs drawing to ensure that all discrepancies are being highlighted to main con)

11. Drawing schedule/ program planning for drafter,

12. Ask for master program, M&E details, lift contractor drawings, window frame approval shop drawings, lifting anchor, tie back details, mesh barricade location and details, propping details, insert details, gondola hook details from main con. Keep track of all the updates and revised copies

Singaporean/Singapore PR only

1. To meet site demands and requests.
2. To provide good services and entertain to site calls.
3. To ensure that the supply of goods is satisfactory to customer needs (eg. On schedule)
4. To coordinate with site personnel for the components requested.
5. Discussion/planning with our Sub-Contractors, for the subsequent delivery upon monitoring the site progress/status.
6. Updating on the delivery items to keep track and record for future stock-take if required.
