Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the scheduling, database, and financial matters for residents.
• Handle all resident-related documentation.
• Supervise meal arrangements for both residents and shift staff.
• Address phone inquiries and greet visitors to the Hostel.
• Coordinate with the MSF-appointed facility management representative and handle facility-related issues.
• Provide administrative support, including emergency response assistance during shifts.
• Manage staff welfare items, room bookings, meeting minutes, security screening requests, and archive results.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any field (a background in Business Administration or Facilities Management would be a strong advantage)
