• Collaborate on planning and assessing activities aimed at promoting seniors' independence and active aging within the community.
• Maintain the center’s cleanliness and assist with safety checks, covering event operations as needed.
• Help organize seasonal events, outings, and team meetings to promote community engagement.
• Record attendance and manage registrations for members and volunteers.
• Handle inquiries, walk-ins, and safety protocols for visitors.
• Oversee documentation, invoicing, fee collections, and reporting, including compliance reports for the Ministry of Health.
• Coordinate supply management, repairs, and event logistics, and support colleagues and clients on operational matters.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the similar industry.
• Experience in handling Member and Volunteer Engagement, Program Implementation and Evaluation, and Administrative Support
• Well-versed in MS Office Applications would be preferred.
• Immediate starter is a plus
