We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer with a focus on security and CCTV systems to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our security infrastructure. You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems, ensuring they are fully functional and secure.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including cameras, recording devices, and related infrastructure.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot any issues related to security systems.
• Conduct system inspections and provide repairs or replacements as needed to ensure system reliability.
• Monitor and maintain access control systems to safeguard restricted areas.
• Ensure that all security systems are compliant with industry standards and best practices.
• Respond to security system alarms, analyze events, and provide recommendations for system improvements.
• Document all maintenance activities, service reports, and system configurations.
• Stay updated with the latest security technologies and trends to ensure systems remain secure and efficient.

Qualifications:

• A graduate in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Experience with CCTV camera installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of networking and IP-based security systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to document technical information clearly.
• Must be willing to do OT and standby when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 24x7 standby support for emergency system issues and breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and repair security hardware, software, and network components.
• Assist with installation and setup of new security systems.
• Document all maintenance activities and system performance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years in maintaining security systems products (CCTV, access control, alarms).
• Hands-on experience with security systems maintenance.
  Knowledge of networking and system configurations.
  Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic systems.
• Willing to work 24x7 shifts and be on-call.
• Relevant security or networking certifications (optional).

• Monitor spare parts availability to support and meet downtime of system.
• Monitor the end-of-life or end-of-service for equipment installed.
• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors and customer on site matters, work schedule and quality of work.
• Support contract administration works (Ordering, billing milestone, O&M submission, Operation Manual submission, maintenance checklist and asset list).
• Assist A&A work/ Variation Order work for sites during maintenance cycle

Requirements:

• Min. 2-3 years working experience in maintenance for security systems and servers
• Min. NITEC in Building Maintenance / Engineering fields
• Proficient in troubleshooting for CCTV, Door Access and Alarm systems
• Have performed 24/7 standby work before
