• Preparation of logistics, resources and materials for all programmes and events.
• Effectively plan and organize activities for individuals of all ages

Secondary

• Plan event according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
• Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success.
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate event operations.
• Support promotional activities for the event.
• Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that may occur.
• Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports.

• Possess good command of English in both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people.
• To have a good systemic approach in handling matters and can manage tasksindependently.
