Responsibilities
- Serves as a bridge between our Singapore Branch and the Bank Group's China network to build and propel the China-Singapore/SEA corridor business
- Works closely with our China network for identifying and developing client relationship and generating revenue
- Maintains close relationship with customers to understand their needs, and seize opportunities of cross-selling
- Able to process new credit applications, including KYC/AML assessments, annual reviews and account monitoring
- Adhere and comply with rules and regulations governing the business
· Requirements
- Bachelor / University degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in banking (preferably in corporate banking)
- Possesses good understanding and working knowledge on the background and needs for Mainland China corporate clients
- Possesses knowledge of credit, risk control and corporate banking business
- A self-starter with strong business acumen and network to bring in new-to-bank (“NTB”) accounts
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work under a dynamic environment and handle ad hoc assignments and projects
