Job Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience in managing multinational financial teams, with proven success in investment, mergers and acquisitions, and post-investment management.
• Experience in leading the full IPO process from inception to completion, with a successful track record in listing companies will be of advantage.
• Strong communication and resource integration skills, with expertise in building operational mechanisms and processes.
• Global perspective and experience, able to provide strategic financial decision-making support in a global business environment.

Main responsibilities:

Tax declaration and payment:

• Responsible for the declaration, payment, and planning of various types of taxes for the company, including but not limited to Value Added Tax, corporate income tax, personal income tax, etc.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of tax declaration, avoid tax overdue and fines.

Tax compliance and risk management:

• Track changes in national tax policies, adjust company tax strategies in a timely manner, and ensure tax compliance.
• Identify tax risk points, propose risk prevention measures, and reduce tax risks. Tax planning and optimization:
• Develop a tax planning plan based on the company's business characteristics to reduce tax costs.

Internal and external communication and coordination:

Work experience:
